By using this website or buying from NXTL Customs, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
We try to show products and prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or discontinue products at any time. If an order can't be fulfilled, we'll contact you and replace or cancel it.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds.
3. Sign-up discount
New subscribers get 10% off their first order. One per customer. It can't be combined with other offers or applied to past orders.
4. Installations
- Installs are only available in the states listed for each service.
- The deposit paid online secures your slot. Any remaining labour cost is confirmed with you before work starts.
- Your vehicle must be accessible and in reasonable condition for the work.
- Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
5. Local laws
Rules for window tint, underglow and vehicle lighting vary by state. You're responsible for making sure your use of our products complies with the laws where you drive.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Warranty
Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise products are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
