How we ship
Many products ship directly from our supplier partners. That means orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, and packaging may not carry our branding.
Times
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment.
- Delivery: usually 7–15 business days after processing.
These are estimates. Carrier, weather and holiday delays are outside our control.
Where we ship
United States addresses only.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Your address
Check your address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect or replace orders sent to an incorrect address.
Kits for installation
If you buy a kit with your install, it ships to the address you enter at checkout. Please keep it unopened until your appointment, and your installer will install it at that address. Install dates start after the expected delivery window so your kit arrives first. If it hasn't arrived 2 days before your appointment, contact us and we'll reschedule.
