NXTL Customs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. When we collect information
You can browse the site, view products and fill your cart without giving us any personal information. Your cart is stored only in your own browser. We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us: when you check out, book an install, request a quote or sign up for our discount.
2. What we collect
- Orders and bookings: name, email, phone, shipping address, items bought, and for installs your vehicle, ZIP code, date and time.
- Quotes: the details you enter in the quote form.
- Sign-ups: your name, email and marketing preference.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. How we use it
- To process, ship and install your orders.
- To send order updates, quotes and appointment confirmations.
- To send offers — only if you opted in.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
5. Who we share it with
We sell some products through dropshipping, so items may ship directly from our suppliers. We share only what's needed to fulfil your order with suppliers, shipping carriers, Stripe (payments) and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
6. Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state (for example Virginia), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and to opt out of marketing. Email us to make a request.
9. Children
Our site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
