Service Description
Professional inspection and repair service for existing NXTL Customs ambient lighting installations. We cover all labor and travel costs for workmanship issues, and offer a 35% discount on replacement kits for defective hardware with complimentary re-installation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All installations must be booked through our official booking system. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are confirmed after payment and final availability verification. Service Area NXTL currently offers mobile installations in: Maryland • Pennsylvania • Virginia If you are outside these areas, availability may vary and will be confirmed after booking. Product Included All installation bookings include the NXTL ambient lighting kit unless stated otherwise. We do not install third-party products unless pre-approved. Mobile Installation Policy NXTL provides mobile installs at your location. Customers must: Provide a safe working environment Ensure access to the vehicle Have the vehicle clean and ready If installation conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Reschedules within less than 24 hours may result in deposit loss or rescheduling fee. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable once the installer has been assigned or product has been allocated. Full cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds depending on preparation status. Installation Time Disclaimer Installation time may vary depending on: Vehicle model Wiring complexity Install type (USB vs hardwire) Most installs take 2–3 hours. Vehicle Compatibility While our kits fit most vehicles, some models may require: Additional installation time Minor adjustments NXTL will notify customers if special accommodations are needed.
